SPECIAL MEETING INFORMATION
SilverBox-Engaged will hold a Special Meeting of Stockholders on February 3, 2022 to approve the business combination with Authentic Brands LLC, the parent company of Black Rifle Coffee. Stockholders of record as of the close of business on January 3, 2022 will be entitled to vote.
The boards of directors of both SilverBox-Engaged and Authentic Brands LLC have unanimously approved the proposed business combination. Details on the business combination are available on our website at www.sbcap.com and included in the proxy materials found at www.sec.gov.
SilverBox-Engaged will soon mail to stockholders its proxy statement and voting instruction form, which will include instructions on how to vote “FOR” all proposals on the agenda, including the business combination.
