Non-Control Equity
We look for opportunistic situations where we have significant sector expertise and leverage our experience in structuring non-control equity investments.
We look for situations where we can be a value-added partner to existing owners, including private equity firms, family offices and founder owned businesses.
Growth Equity
We look for companies that we believe will be great public companies in the short to medium term, where our expertise in SPACs and public markets can position us as a value-added partner.

Stage/Scale
Companies with proven, attractive unit economics, that are currently profitable, or with a clear short-term path to profitability
Form of Investment & Structure
Common equity, preferred equity and convertible debt or equity. Primarily minority investments, with ability to pursue control positions in select situations
Governance
For non-control investments, positions of meaningful influence, with Board/observer seats. In non-control investments, form of investment may include protective provisions
