Our Approach
We employ a long-term approach, investing in different types of projects where our experience and network can be most valuable, including:
- ground-up development
- value-add development
- asset repurposing or repositioning
- adaptive reuse projects
We make direct investments through the investment capital stack – typically in the form of LP or Preferred Equity or – in certain circumstances – Co-GP Equity and Mezzanine Debt.
Partnership Model
We partner with high-quality local, national, or international developers and investors as well as other real estate “content” providers such as hospitality brands, cuisine platforms, health and wellness firms and amenity partners on a proprietary basis.
We are financed by our partners, high net worth family offices, and primarily clients of Guggenheim Partners Investment Management, with whom we have a more than 10-year exclusive relationship.
