David Lee is Partner and General Counsel at SilverBox Capital, with over 25 years of experience representing private equity firms and U.S. middle market companies as legal counsel. He is the founder and manager of Co-Counsel, LLC, a boutique M&A law firm, and Atrium Exit, LLC, a legal technology company. Previously, David served as General Counsel of Boxwood Merger Corp. and held senior roles at Jenner & Block, DLA Piper, Mayer Brown, Kaye Scholer, and Kirkland & Ellis.

David holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Chicago and a law degree from Northwestern University School of Law
