Ms. Rothman is a three-time Chief Human Resources Office and a public/private company board member with over twenty-give years of experience in Human Resources.  She is a season corporate executive with deep expertise across consumer products, foodservice, beauty, retail, and automotive.

Ms. Rothman currently serves as Chief Human Resources Officer of The Hershey Company, a role she assumed in August 2025.  Prior to Hershey, she was Chief People officer of Inspire Brands beginning in 2023.  Previously, she served as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Advanced Auto Parts from 2016 to 2023.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Rothman held senior human resources leadership roles at PepsiCo from 2006 to 2016, practiced employment law with Brown Raysman in New York from 2003 to 2006, and held recruiting and talent management roles with The Estée Lauder Companies, FreeRide.com, LLC, and Gundersen Partners, LLC.
