Patrick Wilson is a Partner at SilverBox Capital with over 15 years of global private equity experience, specializing in transformative partnerships and operational improvement. Before joining SilverBox, he was a Partner at FalconPoint Partners and held investment roles at Rhône Group and The Carlyle Group, focusing on sectors including industrials, consumer, and business services. Earlier, Patrick worked in investment banking at UBS in Sydney and practiced as a private equity attorney at Clayton Utz. He has served as a board director or observer for companies such as JENNMAR, Hudson’s Bay Company, NEP Group, Paragon Films, and Wahoo Fitness.

Patrick holds a Master of Applied Finance from The Securities Institute of Australia and Bachelor’s degrees in Laws and Commerce from the University of Sydney
