Patrick has over 15 years of experience in private equity, investing globally across sectors, strategies and capital structure with meaningful expertise in transformative partnerships and operationally led improvement initiatives.

Prior to joining SilverBox Capital, Patrick was a Partner at FalconPoint Partners and previously led investments at Rhone Group and Carlyle, where he operated across multiple sectors, including industrials, consumer and business services. Previously, Mr. Wilson was an Associate Director at UBS Investment Bank in Sydney, Australia, and a private equity attorney at the law firm of Clayton Utz.

Patrick has been a board director or observer of numerous private companies, including JENNMAR, Hudson’s Bay Company and its affiliated entities, including Saks, Saks OFF Fifth and Hudson’s Bay of Canada, NEP Group, Paragon Films, Wahoo Fitness, Lummus Technology, Medforth Global Healthcare Education and Healthscope Hospitals. Patrick is a member of the board of trustees of Row New York, a not-for profit providing transforming the lives of young New Yorkers through access to competitive rowing and rigorous academic support.

Patrick received his Master of Applied Finance from The Securities Institute of Australia, a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Sydney. Patrick received his University Blue (Boat) at the University of Sydney in 2005.
