Steve Kadenacy is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of SilverBox Capital, bringing over 30 years of expertise in capital markets, M&A, and leading global organizations. As an operationally focused investor, Steve partners with portfolio companies to drive value creation, particularly in preparation for capital formation events.

He has extensive board experience, currently serving on the boards of Black Rifle Coffee Company (NYSE: BRCC), a premium coffee and beverage brand, and Centerline Logistics, a private Jones Act maritime services provider. Additionally, Steve is CEO and a board member of SilverBox Corp IV, SilverBox’s current SPAC vehicle.

Previously, Steve held senior leadership roles at AECOM (NYSE: ACM), an $18 billion revenue firm, including President, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Financial Officer. During his tenure, he led over 20 acquisitions. He also served as CEO of SilverBox Engaged Merger Corp I and Boxwood Merger Corp and sat on the boards of Atlas Technical Consultants and ABM Industries.

Steve began his career at KPMG, where he was a partner in the Economic Consulting practice and held national leadership roles. He earned an MBA from USC and a BA in Economics from UCLA.
