Dan Esters is Partner and Chief Financial Officer at SilverBox Capital, with over 30 years of experience in M&A, financing, and investment transactions, as well as public company CFO roles. Before joining SilverBox and its predecessor, Boxwood Capital, Dan spent 24 years in investment banking, including as Managing Director at Jefferies and M&A Capital LLC, and earlier roles at PaineWebber and Price Waterhouse. He has closed transactions totaling over $30 billion across origination, due diligence, structuring, and negotiation.
